Your first stop should be Atlanta's 311 service. You can make a report on their website, send an email, call 311 (or 404-546-0311), or message 311 on Facebook (@atl311), Twitter (@COA311), Snapchat (@atl311) or Instagram (@atl311). Through 311, you can send pictures and get updates on the status of your issue. Before you call our office, please report your issue to 311, as it helps us track the matter with the relevant department.
